Duties and Responsibilities

Service technicians spend most of their time performing routine vehicle maintenance and repairs. They receive work orders from services advisors and complete services according to the specified timeline. We are dedicated to workplace safety, and our service technicians must follow service department protocols to advance safety objectives. Technicians must read, understand, and record accurate service records. We emphasize efficient service department workflow, requiring technicians to communicate effectively with service advisors, co-worker technicians, parts department, and customers if needed.
