Megan was excellent to work with she got us multiple vehicles to test drive and then worked with us to get the right options. Instead of having us wait to order a vehicle, she located one with my requirements and did a dealer trade so I could get a new vehicle quickly without any waiting. I would recommend her for new or used vehicles. I bought a new vehicle through her, but was able to get it at the pre-oened location since I live a mile away.

Husband went to Feldman and dealt with Anna. He was interested in an F 150 Sport Supercrew. She let him take it home for the weekend. We had our mechanic look at it. It appeared to have no problems. This thing turned out to be a LEMON!!! It has been in the shop fpr major engine problems more than it was in the drive way. Each time the cost was close to $12,0000, Had to get give the truck back to the bank and lost out on a alot of money. Very disappointed when I called Feldman for help and they blew me off, I wasnt impressed with Anna the salesperson. When we went to sign papers, she had someone else help us because she was off to sell someone $100.000 new vehicle and didnt have time to sign papers with us. Very rude! I will never go to that dealership again. They caused a big hardship and did nothing to help. BUYER BEWARE!

Bought a truck from them needed to get the transmission replaced as it was having a stutter Problem took it to them they replaced the transmission after bring it in 3 different times paid $100 for the warranty deductible next thing you know it’s doing the same thing so issue was never fixed took it back now it’s been with them for 3 weeks going into 4 week now. I was told when I bought the truck I would get a loaner car if I needed to use my warranty both times all they say is they got no loaner car and they can’t help me with that so I’ve been having to pay to borrow cars from family members only Heard from them twice so far one was to tell me I needed to change the spark plugs and wires which was $600 I gave them the go ahead now just hoping the transmission problem gets fixed especially for how long they’ve had the truck. Communication is not good hopefully when I get the truck back everything is good. Lesson learn if buying from any dealer make sure everything they tell you is in writing as most of them don’t respect their own words remember they are not your friend just simply making money will update when i get the truck back in letting everyone know how it went.

I purchased a new traverse. It had a scratch in the windshield. They talked me into purchasing telling me a new windshield will be in in a few days. Also was supposed to get my spare key. 6 weeks later, they called and said my windshield is in. Took it in to get fixed and the new windshield seal is busted. Also, they lost my spare key so they have to get another one. This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. I still have no new windshield or spare key. I will never buy a car at the waterford location again.

I understand how critical reviews are for any organization, especially when it comes to customer service. With that in mind, after rebuilding, I visited Feldman 1-800 Preowned, hoping for an experience similar to the positive ones others have shared. Unfortunately, mine has been quite the opposite. While I was able to get into a vehicle relatively quickly eight months ago, the overall experience since then has been disappointing. The lack of follow-up, poor communication, unaddressed repairs, and unmet promises have fallen short of expectations. Next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, I’ll be sure to explore all my options more thoroughly and avoid settling.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I am rating based on overall service and detailing job which NEITHER were done prior to them shipping the vehicle to me. My vehicle has been getting fixed at another chevy dealership in NC for weeks now due to mechanical issues that were not addressed or disclosed by them. They deemed it “ drivable” and sent it on its way. They are now refusing to pay for their mistakes and lack of repairs prior to the sell. To top it off, there was no detailing done to the vehicle before being shipped to me as promised by the sales person, and all because the service manager just “forgot”. They told us we’d receive a detailing voucher and have yet to see that as well. I received my vehicle with the overwhelming smell of smoke (not disclosed, shocker), candy wrappers in the seat as well as CHOCOLATE still stuck and melted onto the back seat!! Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting customer service from every person in charge, especially the attitude the service manager has had towards the whole situation. They have caused nothing but stress since receiving the vehicle. None of the issues were disclosed prior to the sell and I am now having to pay over six thousand dollars for the service needed due to their negligence and lack of responsibility. If you have any issues AFTER you buy from them, there will play phone tag and will give you the runaround constantly. They will refuse to actually help you. I do not have anything good to say about this dealership so please do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
